Founded by Buzz and Patti Jones, whose roots in the Gallatin Valley run deep, our business grew from a lifelong passion for quality meat cutting and a commitment to honest, hands-on service. What began as a small, family-run operation has become one of Montana’s most trusted and well-equipped wild game processing facilities, capable of handling thousandsof animals each season. Today, under the care of new owners Cody and Sarah Lightfoot, we continue to honor that legacy—treating every harvest with care, precision, and respect. From expertly cut steaks and roasts to custom sausages and jerky, we take pride in helping hunters bring home the very best.
