-Shipping Info-We prefer to use Western Trophy Transport, as they have proven to be more dependable and cheaper than fedex.
WTT fees for the 2026/27 season are detailed below and your meat stays frozen door to door.
Shipping with Fedex is expensive!! Expect shipping charges of $6-8 per pound depending upon location.
We charge $30 per custom box & $25.00 per animal for handling. We charge your credit card for cutting & shipping in one transaction. We will call you before we ship to set the arrival date & obtain your cc#.
Give us several weeks to have your animal ready for shipping.

Shipping Rates:
Flat rate of $5.00 per pound to anywhere in the continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).Minimum charge: $250 flat rate for orders under 45 lbs. Orders of 45 lbs or more are billed at $5.00/lb.Fuel surcharge: A flat $35 surcharge applies to every delivery location, regardless of weight or item count.Taxidermy items (skulls, euro mounts, horns, capes): Pricing is determined case by case based on your location and whether meat is being shipped in the same order. Please call us to discuss shipping options for these items.

WHO WE ARE: We are a shipping company based out of Alexandria, Minnesota, that was founded by two avid outdoorsmen and hunters who saw a need in the hunting industry for shipping game meat. Traveling all across the country, our team provides safe, reliable, and quality transportation from the processors to your doorstep every time. We take great pride in our work, and we would love the chance to partner with you this upcoming season.
HOW IT WORKS:After you drop off your meat at the processor of your choice, we'll coordinate directly with them to know when it's fully processed and ready. Once we get the go-ahead, our team loads everything into our refrigerated freezer trailer—no insulated boxes or dry ice needed—and heads your way. Invoices are sent via a text message link once the trip begins, along with an estimated delivery date. You will be able to pay with the card of your choice. Then you will receive a 24-hour reminder, plus a one-hour notice before arrival, to ensure someone is available to accept the order. Finally, our team delivers your processed game meat, frozen and ready, straight to your doorstep. Simple, reliable, and affordable way to bring your game meat from field to table.
